About UsAt Carolyn Walker Support Coordination, we provide Level 2 Support Coordination and one-to-one support to help NDIS participants feel confident, supported, and truly understood. We take the time to get to know each person—their goals, strengths, challenges, and what matters most—so we can connect them with the right providers and services that genuinely fit their needs. Navigating the NDIS can feel overwhelming, so we walk alongside participants every step of the way. We assist with finding and coordinating supports, completing required reports, attending care team meetings, and communicating with providers to make sure everyone is working together.
